Crazy Daisies and Smiley Faces

Daisies and Smiley Faces are two of my favorite cookies to decorate... they're always "happy" and there's not really any limitation on how to make them special! A new twist I've decided I like for the "Crazy Daisies" is to make the centers out of colored melting chocolate. It's a nice surprise to get a bite of something (else!) yummy in the middle of the cookie!
