- The Cookie Cutter is a home-based sugar cookie decorating business born out of years of cookie baking. I start with a melt-in-your-mouth sugar cookie recipe that has been handed down in my family. Once the cookie shape of your choice is baked, it is then decorated with a smooth, glossy almond-hinted icing... it's my opinion that the icing HAS to taste good for a cookie to be truly cute, pretty, or whatever you're going for! The result is a truly "yummy" cookie that children and adults both love.
